Throughout the building process I am able to carry out careful checking of contractor/subcontractor valuations to ensure that you do not risk overpayment.
I can also carefully check any variation costs as they occur.
I can analyse the project final account and negotiate with the builders, or any subcontractors that you employ to ensure that fair and reasonable final accounts are reached – providing you with the best possible value.
I have experience in valuing building works that have been completed (or partially completed) when on-site relations have broken down and I can help you to negotiate a fair settlement with your builder or subcontractor.
