The main areas of work can be measured from the drawings and then priced into an Excel spreadsheet.
Preliminaries, overheads & profit are then added, along with any relevant notes that we think are important for the budget estimate.
We price in the ‘real’ world and work confidentially for a number of builders and sub-contractors on real tenders, so we know the market and what profit expectations different Contractors have.
